You hereby represent to Home Med Clinic that: a) The information you provide from time to time will be correct, current and up to date and you have all rights, permissions and consents that may be required to provide such information to Home Med Clinic. b) Providing your information to Home Med Clinic means storing, collecting, using, transferring, accessing or processing it, and this does not violate any third party agreement, laws, charter documents, provisions, orders and decrees.
1.9 Your information will be stored primarily in electronic form but some data may also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but in accordance with applicable laws.
